TOKYO (TR) – Law enforcement authorities made four arrests for indecent exposure yesterday at a SM bar in Tokyo’s Roppongi entertainment district, reports Nikkan Sports (Mar. 4).
Members of the special investigative branch regarding community safety of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police entered club Roppongi Jail and arrested 43-year-old manager Kazumi Takaya and three others.
At the club, which opened in 2001, male patrons are charged 5,000 yen for 60 minutes. Women pay a 2,000-yen entry fee for access for an unlimited period. The club specializes in allowing customers to partake in SM activities with each other and the employees. Other outlets exist in Osaka and Nagoya. Other reports say the club collected around 3 million yen each month in revenue.
Upon seeing a 29-year-old female office worker exposing herself to other customers at around 10 a.m., officers took Takaya into custody. The office worker and a 48-year-old male customer were among the four arrested.
Also apprehended was a 33-year-old female employee-in-training at the club.
An investigative source says that the police have been monitoring Roppongi Jail since last October. “It’s a shop that offers indecent acts,” said the source.
Nikkan Sports notes that while public indecency violations are common at happening bars and kappuru kissa cafes it is rare for such a raid to take place at a SM operation.
I love S&M activities and so does Miss Momo!
